Beginners 2
This Course will teach:
- Swimming with on/two floats or a woggle (out of armbands)
- Elongated prone body position with face in the water
- Front Crawl legs
- Back Crawl legs
- Breast Stroke legs
- Butterfly legs
- Pencil Dives (feet first)
The next term starts week commencing Monday 2nd March 2020
Cost is €60 for six weeks
