Personal Training Sessions
One of the best ways to focus fully on your summer body goals is by being not only accountable to yourself, but also to a personal trainer. Here at Westpark Fitness, we have a team of friendly, skilled and experienced personal trainers who can work with you in a one-to-one capacity to focus specifically on you and your goals. Whether this is to tone up and lose weight, gain and maintain muscle mass or anything you wish; they will keep you on track with a supervised, progressive exercise plan with your goal date in mind. We take a modern approach to many aspects of health and fitness. Westpark Fitness members can attend any of our fitness classes for free and these include the world famous Les Mills classes. Les Mills combines technology and exercise for a fully immersive fitness experience and is a fun and effective way to work towards your goals with classes that focus on the likes of cardio exercises and core work. We also utilise the MyZone fitness tracker belt – smart technology that records your heart rate and encourages you to work towards points to advance levels in a community-based format. Westpark Fitness members can also avail of Shape My Plan. This is an app that provides you with hundreds of recipes tailored towards your body goals, tips, information and even a nutrition tracker. Usually €12 per month, Westpark Fitness members can get Shape My Plan for only €4 per month to optimise their food intake.
Did you know that we run fitness classes seven days a week during the morning, afternoon and weekend? Our huge class timetable includes a range of classes for people of all fitness levels. Choose Les Mills for a fun and immersive fitness experience, consider Aqua Fitness for something outside of the gym area and Yoga for Anxiety for a great way to re-energise and remain focused on your health and fitness journey (while also working to keep anxiety and stress at bay). We pride ourselves on both the amount and variety on classes on offer. Not only are you sure to find some that you love, but also classes that fit directly with your summer body goals for 2019.
While we have a state of the art multi-story gym space complete with recently upgraded equipment, members also have access to other on-site supports and facilities. We are home to Ireland’s only stainless steel swimming pool and hold swimming lessons for all ages. Maybe this is your summer body goal? Giving your body the ability to swim with family and friends. Many shops and services are also based at Westpark Fitness. These include Health Matters (a scientifically driven company that specialises in fitness testing, performance enhancing and health-related programmes), The Movement Clinic (which provides clinical massage, corrective exercises and dry needling) and No Pain No Gain (a nutrition and supplements shop stocked with the likes of bodybuilding aids and products to help with weight loss and muscle growth).
