The Les Mills Tone class is starting at Westpark Fitness on Monday the 4th of February 2019 and we couldn’t be happier! Les Mills classes are a world famous fitness movement which combine technology and exercise for a fully immersive experience. This class was developed based on global feedback to Les Mills and as such is created to cater to both males and females to target some of the most popular health and fitness goals that we all have in common.
What is the Les Mills Tone class?
The class combines the functional aspects of strengthening techniques, cardio exercise and core work for a full-on exercise experience. Classes run for between 30 – 45 minutes and are designed to break down the barriers to give you the freedom to workout in the best way that suits you! It is suitable for every fitness level and as such you are sure to feel welcome, successful and supported all throughout the class. With a mixture of strength and balance techniques, you will learn to improve core strength and stability while burning calories and breaking a sweat. Les Mills Tone is a class where you will definitely feel the results and are sure to feel fitter, faster and stronger!
The class is led by members of our experienced and qualified fitness team who are hugely passionate about the Les Mills offering and are excited to bring Tone to Westpark Fitness members!
