What is it?

We have teamed up with World Kickboxing Champion and Martial Arts Master Liam Dale to bring you a cutting-edge approach to the Cardio Kickboxing class. The moves are real, the effort is total and the outcome is one great workout. You won’t believe how quickly you pick up the moves and the time flies as you perform stances, punches, knees and kicks. Kickbox your way to a high level of fitness and all over body conditioning. In this class you can burn up to 500 calories and more – the same calorie burn that our Rig class also offers.

Liam’s personal motto is “Don’t hope for it work for it” and he has put together a comprehensive class that is guaranteed to appeal to those who wish to try martial arts moves in both a safe and fun environment. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
