Dean Barry

Dean Barry is a professional MMA fighter known as ‘The Sniper’ due to his fighting style. He has held a European championship title and is also a five time world champion. Competing on an international level, he brings a level of focus and determination that sets him apart and has won him a legion of fans. Dean can often be found training and priming his body for battle at Westpark Fitness. Active recovery is also high on his agenda – which sees him tweak his workouts as necessary to optimise his time and training.
