This is a class specifically designed for those who may be new to the gym and / or spin or if you have always wanted to try spinning (indoor cycling) and just don't know where to begin. In this 45 min class, your instructor will help you setup your Spin bike and setup the CicloZone app which connects to it (if you need this setup) and then guide you through a light 30min routine to get started! Spinning makes use of a stationary bike that works to test strength, endurance and stamina while helping your overall fitness levels, helping to burn calories and as an added bonus you will be having fun too! If you are a Myzone user, make sure to use your device for this class too to earn some meps!
If you have always wanted to try Spin, are you new to the gym and / or Spin or just don't know where to begin; our Spin Orientation class if for you! All levels are welcome but the class is best suited to beginners who will benefit from an introduction / orientation to the popular Spin class.
