A basketball prodigy, Luke Thompson plays for the Templeogue basketball team. He most recently helped usher them to success as the winning Basketball Ireland Champion team for 2019! Luke is so grateful to have the use of Westpark Fitness to help keep his body and mind in focus to score those winning shots. He works on both cardio and resistance training when he is not on the court - keeping him primed to perfectly perform as evidenced by his team's huge recent win.
