What is it?

The TRX combo class is a combination of suspended strap training (using the TRX straps) and other types of resistance training. If you are interested in learning new exercises and are up for a challenge, then the TRX Combo class is for you. The use of the TRX straps are a great way to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time (each class lasts for forty-five minutes). In this class you can burn up to 400 calories and more – the same calorie burn that our classes Grit and Tone also offer.

What does it do?

Strength, Mobility and Stability

The workouts completed in the class can help you to improve your movement relative to your bodyweight and combined with various other strength exercises (such as kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells); they are one of the ultimate fat metabolisers. As such, you can rely on this class as a fun and effective way to get and stay in shape! By continuously doing TRX you will help improve your strength, mobility and stability. All levels of experience, fitness and proficiency are welcome to the TRX Combo class.

The trainer can adapt the exercises to suit your needs but also ensure maximum results at the end of each class based on your own level of fitness.

Who is it for?

TRX is not the only piece of equipment you learn to use in this class. You will be combining other exercises with the TRX starps as you learn how to lift the likes of kettlebells, barbells and other pieces of gym and fitness equipment that can really help you achieve your goals of shaping up fast and reaching and maintaining your health and fitness goals.
