What is Power Up by TK?
Led by expert personal trainer Marcin, the class aims to strengthen the body, improve core stability, posture and weight lifting technique while also helping to shape and tone your body. It is a mix of weights and resistance training with an emphasis on performing exercises correctly.
Who is Power Up by TK for?
This is a new type of class that will teach you how to perform correctly and get stronger. The main goal of the class is to feel comfortable in using weights in a safe and efficient way. Each class is on for 45 minutes.
