What is it?
Les Mills Tone is a fitness class designed to help you get fitter, get faster and get stronger! It is one of the newer Les Mills classes, developed after taking on board global feedback from both male and female fans of the immersive fitness classes. Each class lasts for between 30 – 45 minutes where you will improve core strength, break a sweat and burn calories with a combination of balance and strength techniques. In this class you can burn up to 400 calories and more – the same calorie burn that our classes Grit and TRX Combo also offer.
