What is it?
Our popular Family Burn class is a great way for parents / guardians to get fit and have fun with their kids too! Each Westpark Fitness member can bring up to two children with them (once they are also members and are up to the age of sixteen). A family friendly version of our WP Burn class, it combines cardio and strength exercises with circuit style training for a full body workout that is effective and fun at the same time. Each class lasts for forty-five minutes and is a great way to bond together while working on your general health, wellbeing and fitness.
