Sharon

Lizzie

Lizzie Burke is one of our duty managers and has over 12 years experience in the fitness industry. Lizzie's bubbly personality, coupled with her excellent knowledge, makes her one of the reasons why Westpark shines above other clubs. Lizzie also teaches on our Les Mills classes. Prabhat

Prabhat joined Westpark in 2014. Prabhat has competed in Natural bodybuilding competition and specialises in various aspects of bodybuilding, transformation and weight loss. Prabhat teach various classes here and his favourites are rig circuit and HIIT. He is also a qualified personal trainer. If you are interested in muscle building or weight loss Prabhat is a great person to talk to.

Susan

Susan is a confident and entusiastic trainer here in Westpark. She is extremely focused on strenght training and power lifting. Susan competed in her first power lifitng show in 2015 and is determined to encourage more men and women to partake in these events.

Ger

Ger specialises in many aspects of Health and fitness. Weather your looking to work on strength and Conditioning or weight loss, Ger can assist. Ger also has a background in functional movement and personal training.

David

David

Dave has a degree in Sport and exercise Science and from the University of Limerick and wants to further his education into sports nutrition. He is always full of energy, very enthusiastic and loves nothing better than to put a smile on everyone's face along with a great workout. If you see Dave on the gym floor don't hesitate to say hello. Dave takes a number of classes from spinning to combat circuit and soon will be part of the Les Mills team in which he is very excited and will be a great asset to the team.

Matthew

Started working at Westpark August 2016, fresh from fitness training course. Teaching lots of classes from aqua aerobics, bodypump, cx and GRIT. I Never found myself interested in fitness until started training consistently at Westpark and fell in love with Training. Always eager to learn more and teach more classes. I Also do cardio scans in club and off at corporate events. Constantly wanting to progress and be a better trainer and up skill. Always eager to talk to more people and help wherever I can.
