How Do I Get Started?

  • Step 1: Email us and we will make arrangements to meet with you to go through your background, fill out a health screening form & discuss your goals.
  • Step 2: An ID & password will be given to you to access your online Programme.
  • Step 3: Our online personal trainer will create a programme based on the information you have provided during your enrollment and will deliver it to you electronically.
  • Step 4: Your programme will be reviewed monthly; you can contact your trainer if you have any questions to your changes on your program.
  • Step 5: Your food diary will be reviewed weekly.
  • Step 6: Getting started to a fit & healthy new you.

When will you receive your first workout?
Within 3 working days.

When will you received your updated program?
The same date each month from your first workout.

How do I know I am exercising correctly?
There will be a corresponding exercise demo for every exercise included in your program. This will show you the correct technique for the specific exercise.
