Will has been involved in sport and fitness for most of his life and competed in top levels in GAA and Boxing. Will is hard working, determined and enthusiastic about everything he does and with his motivation you are sure to see the results you are both looking for in no time at all. Ian has been a presonal trainer for the past 4 years. As an avid trainer himself, Ian can bring enjoyment and a new twist to your sessions in the gym. Dave
Dave is an international kickboxer and advanced weight trainer. Dave started in Westpark in 2006 after living in Brazil and training with some of the worlds top class fighters. Dave has made a huge impact on our club since starting here. With years of experience in weight training and after studying under Charles Poliquin, the number one strength coach in the world, he can offer much in the way of Personal Training. Dave is also a Neuromuscular Therapist specialising in sports injuries, soft tissue manipulation and increased flexibility of joints.Contact me on 462 6911

Lizzie Burke
Although my experience spreads into most areas o fitness, i would say that i specialise mainly in Core Based Pilates, Strength and Conditioning program design mainly in weight loss and body sculpting. With this i combine a healthy nutritional plan to help you acheive your results. In my time in Westpark i have built up a great rapport with members and i am there on a daily basis to listen and help you out. My strongest attribute would be my passion i bring to my job on a daily basis and my drive to help my clients acheive there results.
