Here at Westpark we have a variety of courses to compliment your membership. These are normally run over a number of weeks as a course and are charged separate to membership. These include:
Pilates
This 6week course FREE to members!! Pilates works on toning from the inside out. It helps to improve posture, strength, flexibility and tone. It is a light pace class which promotes stress relief and eases tension.
Yoga
FREE to members, Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga promoting strength, tone and posture.
Swim Lessons
We offer 6week courses for both children and adults of all abilities.
