Classes - Special Programmes
Here at Westpark we have a variety of special programs to compliment your membership. These are normally run over a number of weeks as a course and are charged separate to membership. These include:
Pilates
This 8 week course works on toning from the inside out. It works on improving posture, strength, flexibility and tone. It is a light pace class which promotes stress relief and eases tension.
Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga promoting strenght, tone and posture
Swim Lessons

Litton Lane Training
