WESTPARK 2012 COURSES
REGISTRATION DAY FOR ALL COURSES WILL BE FROM MONDAY 9TH JAN. 2012 FROM 9AM. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE TAKING A €20 DEPOSIT ON ALL OF THE MEMBERS FREE COURSES AND THOSE WHO ATTEND 5 OUT OF THE 6 CLASSES WILL BE REFUNDED THIS €20. THE €20 MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR BY CREDIT OR LASER CARD TO RESERVE YOUR PLACE. ALL PAID COURSES MUST BE PAID FOR WHEN BOOKING TO RESERVE YOUR PLACE. PHONE 4626911 OR CALL IN TO REGISTER.

Swimming Lessons for Adults and Children
Swim Lessons
- Monday (16/01 – 20/02) lessons are 3.30pm beginners + 4.15pm improvers
- Tuesday (17/01 – 21/02) lessons are 11am adult beginners, 3.30pm beginners + 4.15pm improvers
- Wednesday (18/01 – 22/02) lessons are 3.30pm beginners + 4.15pm advanced (lane swimming) and 7pm adult beginner + 7.45pm adult improver
- Saturday (21/01 – 25/02) lessons are 9.30am beginners + 10.15am improvers +11am Beginners.
Cost is €60 for 6 weeks + €50 for 2nd child for both members and non members.
Adult lessons cost €60 for 6 weeks
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga is a strong dynamic form of Yoga which is ideal for incresing flexibility, toning and making the body more supple, while strengthening the muscles and massaging the internal organs resulting in optimal functioning of the body.

Pilates
A body conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly. Pilates also teaches co-ordination, concentration and control of the body.

- Monday: 16/01 - 20/02 at 11am (Free for members)
- Tuesday (Intermediate): 17/01 - 21/02 at 8pm (€40 for 6 weeks for members and €60 for 6 weeks for non members)
- Thursday: 19/01 - 23/02 at 5.30pm( 45 mins) & 6.15pm( 45 mins) (Free for members).
Combat Fitness
Here at Westpark we have found one of the best ways to improve your fitness levels, reduce that unwanted body fat and tone up through our fun and exciting Combat Fitness Course. Combining combat moves, circuit conditioning and cardio training you are sure to reach your goals.This is a six week course and is open to all fitness levels and ages. Combat Fitness will give you the motivation and determination you need to get into the shape you have always dreamed off.

Kids Karate Club
Beginners Karate for kids, Saturdays at 12pm from ages 5 to 12 years. Open to both Members and Non Members. Karate improves fitness, concentration and co- ordination. It's great fun too!
