Swimming Lessons for adults and children

Now available – swim lessons for both adults and children. Learn to swim under the watchful eye of our highly qualified swim instructors.

Childrens lessons- mon/tue/wed/ classes start from 3.30.A variety of times and class levels available. Call 4626911 for details.

Adults lessons-Beginners: Tuesday morning at 11am + Wednesday evening at 7pm
Improvers: Tuesday morning at 11.45am + Wednesday evening at 7.45pm

Bootcamp Class


Take advantage of the bright evenings this summer and take part in our new Bootcamp class starting from Tuesday 22nd of june. Be put through your paces outdoors every week by one of our instructors in this tough but fun filled class. Classes run from 6pm until 7.30pm and prices are for an 8 week course or per class and are as follows:

Non members: 80 euro for 8 weeks OR 12 euro per class.

Members: 60 euro for 8 weeks OR 10 euro per class

Strongman Class


Try something totally different with our new strongman class, catering for all fitness levels it will give you bring a new meaning to the words "Intense Workout!". Classes start on Saturday 26th June from 11-12am. Prices are for an 8 week course or per class and are as follows:

Non members: 80 euro for 8 weeks OR 12 euro per class.

Members: 60 euro for 8 weeks OR 10 euro per class

Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a strong dynamic form of yoga which is ideal for incresing flexibility, toning and making the body more supple., while strengthening the muscles and massaging the internal organs resulting in optimal functioning of the body.

Next Non member 7 week course starts Mon 6th Sept. 2010 (Cost €70)

Pilates

A body conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly. Pilates also teaches co-ordination, concentration and control of the body.

Member course Mon. 6th Sept. 11a.m (free to members)

Member course Thursday 9th Sept. 6pm (free to members)

Non member course starts Wed. 8th Sept. from 8pm – 9pm ( €80 for 8 weeks)

Non member Intermediate course Tues 7th Sept. 6pm (cost €50 to members or €80 non members)

 

Fight N Fit

Here at Westpark we have found one of the best ways to improve your fitness levels, reduce that unwanted body fat and tone up through our fun and exciting Fight ‘n’ Fit course. Combining the most up to date kickboxing, circuit conditioning and cardio training just twice a week you can achieve these goals through Fight ‘n’ Fit. This is a eight week course and is open to all fitness levels and ages. Fight ‘n’ Fit will give you the motivation and determination you need to get into the shape you have always dreamed of. Contact dave or reception to secure your place as this is a very popular course and spaces are limited.

Kids karate club

Beginners karate for kids, saturdays at 12pm from ages 5 to 12 years. Open to both members and non members. improves fitness, concentration and co- ordination. It's great fun too! contact scott on 087 9693206 or e mail scott@thejks.com. All instructors fully qualified

Westpark Fitness personal training program is now available to both members and non members on a session by session basis. If you have always promised yourself a total physical makeover, now is the time. Custom made programs giving fast track results now available.

New range of personal training options open to non members
Cost: €60 (per session)- buddy and group training available at reduced rates
