Sharon
Sharon has been with the Westpark team for over 5 years and has a wealth of experience in Health and Fitness. Why not try one of Sharon's bootcamp classes, oh and she also teaches a mean kettlebell class!

Will
Will's classes are second-to-none and he always gives 100% commitment to his work. His enthusiasm is contagious and he is a born motivator. Will is also a certified C.H.E.K. Exercise Coach specialising in Scientific Back Training, Core Conditioning, Posture Assessment and Programme Design.

Joanna
After joining in late 2007, Joanna quickly established herself as a key member of the fitness team. Her motivational qualities ensure that her classes are a huge success and usually packed to capacity. Joanna is also involved in our Healthy Hearts Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme and our GP Exercise Referral Programme.

Lizzie
Lizzie Burke is one of our duty managers and has over 12 years experience in the fitness industry. Lizzie's bubbly personality, coupled with her excellent knowledge, makes her one of the reasons why Westpark shines above other clubs. Lizzie also teaches on our Pilates courses.

Toni
Toni has many years expeirience in the fitness industry. A native of Spain, Toni brings a fun elemnet to training. specialising in Spinning and Push & Lift, Toni gives a great workout. His gym programming is excellent for getting results for people.

Alex
Alex is constantly available on the gym floor to help you out with any questions or queries. Alex is extrememly friendly and always willing to give a helping hand. He has a reputation for setting fitness challenges to help you achieve your goals. Alex also helps out on the pool deck and is a qualified swim teacher.

Robert
Robert is a valuable member of the fitness team here at Westpark. A general all rounder! Group exercise, gym programming, nutrition and swimming, Rob does it all. Although Robs favourite class is Spinning!
