Pilates


This Class is free to members. Pilates works on improving posture, strenght and muscle tone. It also helps with flexibility and balance and is great for stress relief

Yoga

Also free to members,Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga working on flexibility and muscle tone and promotes healthty internal organs

Ab Attack

Find it hard to train your stomach on your own? Want new ideas? Why not try our 15mins abs class?

Aqua Fitness

A great cardio & strength workout in the pool. A great cross-training class for all fitness levels. This class benefits your body by providing 12 times the resistance of land-based classes yet only 10% of the stress & strain on your body.

 

Circuit Training

A combination of aerobic & resistance exercises done within a class format - a great endurance class to music.

Coached Lane Swimming

This is a free lane swimming class which runs for an hour under the supervision of our qualified instructor. It is aimed at people that can swim 2 lengths or more without stopping. Different swim sets are given each week to improve fitness and endurance.

Step

This class is a low impact workout on a Reebok step. It is a great fat burner and helps tone the legs and bum. It also helps promote co ordination and balance.

 

Push & Lift

Warning: This may change the 'shape of your body'!!! A 60 minute Barbell endurance class. Each song focuses on a specific muscle group giving you a full body workout. Suitable for all levels challenge for the experienced trainer.

Spinning

Using a stationary bike - a great way to burn calories. An excellent class for building endurance & strength very quickly. Start with a Beginner's Spinning Class and work at your own pace up to the General Level class.

 

Ultimate Combat

A dynamic group fitness class. Focus pads, mitts, medicine balls & the use of other equipment may be used. This class will help strengthen condition & improve your fitness level. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Cycle and Circuit

A 60 min. class consisting of 30 mins spinning and 30 mins circuit training
