Last year I decided that since I was reaching my 40th birthday it was about time that I learnt to swim. Now learning to swim as an adult is a difficult task, add to that a fear of the water and inability to push myself out of my comfort zone, I wasn't entering the challenge with any great expectations. However with the instruction, guidance and encouragement I received from Ian at Westpark I soon found that I didn't need the arm bands or ring and within a short period of time I actually found myself looking forward to going to the pool. These one on one lessons fast tracked my transition from paddler to swimmer in a way that I could only have dreamt about and I would strongly recommend personal training for learning to swim. Now if only it worked with golf..........

I always had a excuse for not going to the gym I hated doing my program and i hardly knew anyone. Sharon came along and invited me to join her group for the biggest loser competition initially i was like “what have i gotten myself into here” but after the first night i felt batter about it she set out the rules and told us what she expected from us they were a nice bunch of people as well made it easier.
The workouts were tough and harder as the weeks went on. And she tracked our diaries every week and gave us constant feedback and made simple but easy to do changes on them.
I dropped weight every 2 weeks and at the end my total weight loss was 21lbs. Them 8 weeks were the best time i had in west park in my whole 3 yrs been there because Sharron gave us great support advice and confidence in myself again. I couldn’t of done it with out her motivation and inspiration.
I'm now more motivated and will reach my goals, not only that though Sharon had me doing the short distance triathlon this year something i never thought i see my self do it was great training and she was always there no doubt she will help me on the way to do the long distance in he next triathlon. I now do fight and fit and spin 2-4 nights per week and am enjoying my training again.
I cannot recommended Sharon enough her encouragement and support was vital to me i challenge you to be the newest member of team Sharon!

II never thought personal training would have as big an impact on me as it has. It’s really helped me focused on my goals and keep up my motivation and determination to lose weight and get fit. I’ve even given up smoking ,and been off them 3 months and counting!
Dave is a slave-driver , and I gauge his effectiveness on how much I hate him during training! He’s Pushed me to push myself further and further and I know I’ve progressed a lot faster than I would have done on my own. I never thought I’d be running after 3 months!
Great ,challenging and enjoyable tailor-made programs, diet advice and always a friendly face, I'd recommend it to anyone!

My Personal Training with Sharon has been the best experience for me in the gym,
Before, I wasn’t really pushing myself in the gym but with Sharon it has been difficult in a good way as her guidance has helped me drop 10% in body fat and have shed inches and pounds off the hard to lose places. Sharon’s extensive knowledge of different workouts has made my programs interesting and fun and has also provided me with a proper diet plan, which has helped me together with her personal trainer sessions to reach my desired goal. I look forward to my next session and I have no hesitation in recommending Sharon to any person looking to reach their goals
